Recycle your Capri-Sun drink bags and Honest Kids drink bags AND EARN MONEY FOR OHS IB! Bring your empty bags to Mrs. Mahoney. Two cents will be paid to our program per juice bag returned to Terra Cycle. Read more about Terra Cycle and its program.

Course Registration for 2012-2013

Current Oakmont HS students will be registering for courses starting January 27. Below is information how to prepare.

All IB 9th graders should be attending a registration meeting on Thursday January 19 during either lunch in P15. All IB 10th graders should be attending a registration meeting on Friday January 20 during either lunch in P15. All IB 11th graders should be attending a registration meeting on Monday January 23 during either lunch in P15.

Mrs. Mahoney will cover the courses the students should be putting in their 4 year plans. Please read the January newsletter for more information about prerequsites and the IB courses offered for 2012-2013 school year. Students wanting to read the course descriptions for IB should go to the "About IB" section and click on the specifc areas of the hexagon for the course descriptions.

Current 8th graders should read about their registration process on the Oakmont website. Tranfser students need to have all of their transfer paperwork completed at our district office before receiving a registration packet from the Oakmont office.

Class of 2011 College Survey

Please review the results of our college survey of the class of 2011. Students were asked about the colleges/universities they were accepted to and the one that they will be attending. Students were also asked about any guaranteed admission status from the UC system.
